You are probably here because you’re having a difficult time. Whether you have had a big change recently or you aren’t really sure where things got off track, I can help. No one should walk alone when they are struggling. It takes courage to reach out, and I am here to provide you the space you need to be vulnerable and begin healing. I strive to provide you the support I needed when I experienced these hard seasons of life.

Through my work and my own life experiences, I have learned that this "middle" stage of life can bring particularly trying times. Using a more modern approach to therapy, I’ll work with you to learn ways to manage anxiety, encourage you to live aligned with your goals and values, and support you as you make choices to thrive in the daily grind of life.

A modern therapy approach means that we are ditching the stigma of seeking support. We use therapy as a tool along your journey rather than a last resort. I welcome you to come as you are and express yourself freely during our sessions.

I am currently practicing at Thrive Counseling of Oxford with a supportive group of therapist. If I am not a good fit for you I am happy to refer you to another skilled professional.
