 Let’s Begin

Therapy that meets you where you are—literally

Life as a college student or young adult can feel overwhelming, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. Anxiety, pressure to succeed, constant comparison, and the feeling that you should be handling things better can quietly take a toll.

I offer 100% virtual therapy for college women and young adults who want thoughtful, supportive care without the stress of commuting or rearranging their lives. Through secure online sessions, we work together to help you slow down, feel more grounded, and build a relationship with yourself that feels steadier and more compassionate.

What Virtual Therapy Is Like

Virtual therapy allows you to attend sessions from a space where you already feel comfortable—your dorm room, apartment, or home. Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and feel very similar to in-person therapy.

Clients often appreciate virtual therapy because it offers:

  • Flexibility around classes, work, and changing schedules

  • Consistency during busy or transitional seasons

  • Privacy and emotional safety in a familiar environment

  • The ability to engage in meaningful, deep therapeutic work—without added stress

If you’re new to telehealth, we’ll take time to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

Who I Work With

Virtual therapy may be a good fit for you if you:

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted

  • Are navigating college stress, major life transitions, or early adulthood

  • Struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, or self-doubt

  • Feel pressure to hold everything together on the outside

  • Want therapy that goes deeper than surface-level coping skills

  • Are choosing to invest in your mental health through private-pay therapy

Many of my clients are capable, motivated people who are used to pushing through. Therapy becomes a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or minimize what you’re carrying.

Areas of Focus

In virtual therapy, I commonly support clients with:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Burnout and emotional overwhelm

  • Perfectionism and high self-expectations

  • College-related pressure and identity exploration

  • Life transitions and decision-making

  • Difficulty slowing down or setting boundaries

Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to support lasting change—not quick fixes. Let’s connect!

Private-Pay Therapist

I am a private-pay therapist and do not file insurance.

Many clients choose private-pay therapy because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care. Working outside of insurance also means we are not limited by diagnoses or session constraints, allowing therapy to be tailored to your unique needs.

Choosing private-pay therapy is an intentional investment in your mental health and overall well-being. I’m happy to answer questions and provide a superbill/invoice you can submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement.

Telehealth Service Area

I provide virtual therapy to clients who are physically located in Mississippi at the time of their session. As long as you are in Mississippi we can work together online.
