If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin. You might be adjusting to a recent change, or you may not be able to pinpoint exactly when things began to feel heavier. Either way, support can make a difference.

Reaching out is a meaningful first step. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be vulnerable, explore what’s been weighing on you, and begin healing. I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to this work, offering the kind of support I once needed during my own challenging seasons.

Through both my professional work and personal experience, I’ve learned that this “in-between” stage of life can be especially challenging. Together, we’ll use a modern, thoughtful approach to therapy to help you manage anxiety, clarify your goals and values, and make choices that support a more grounded and fulfilling daily life.

A modern approach to therapy means letting go of the stigma around seeking support. Rather than viewing therapy as a last resort, we use it as a meaningful tool for growth, self-understanding, and resilience. I invite you to come as you are and express yourself openly in our online sessions.

I currently practice at Thrive Counseling, offering virtual therapy to young adults across Mississippi. If telehealth doesn’t feel like the right fit for you, I’m always happy to help connect you with another skilled and supportive therapist.
